Industrial Factories & Process Plants
Since our incorporation in 2006, industrial and process facilities have been a core competency. We deliver complex plants for the oleochemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food-based, E&E manufacturing, and warehousing sectors—projects that demand high precision, stringent QA/QC, and rigorous HSE leadership.
Typical scope includes heavy civil and structural works; process buildings; tank farms and bunds; pipe racks and utility corridors; equipment foundations and dynamic bases; clean/controlled environments; and fit-for-purpose logistics infrastructure. We integrate constructability reviews, temporary works design, material handling studies, and start-up/commissioning readiness into the build plan to shorten ramp-up and stabilise operations.

Data Centres
We construct mission-critical facilities with a focus on resilience, energy performance, and speed-to-market. Our delivery covers high-flatness floors, high-capacity power distribution, hot / cold aisle containment, raised floors or slab-on-grade solutions, advanced fire detection / suppression, and robust MEP services integrated with BMS/DCIM. Electrical and mechanical systems are engineered for N+1/N+N redundancy with clear pathways for future expansion.

Robotics-Ready Warehouses
We build warehouses engineered for automation and high throughput—including AMR/AGV movement, high-bay racking loads, MHE charging zones, ESFR sprinkler systems, and data/ELV backbones. Floor designs target stringent FF/FL flatness and differential settlement controls; MEP provisions support rapid retrofit and scalability.

Tank Fabrication & Foundation Construction
We design, fabricate, and install mild-steel and stainless-steel storage tanks, together with their supporting civil works. Delivery encompasses shop detailing, WPS/PQR and controlled welding with NDT, surface preparation and coating, hydrotesting, and integration with process systems. Foundation solutions—ringwalls, raft slabs, piling, ground improvement, and secondary containment—are engineered to control settlement and extend service life. To date, we have completed tank foundation works supporting capacities of over 2,000 metric tonnes.
Commercial Developments
Commercial assets must perform operationally and express brand and user intent. We translate design aspirations into buildable, high-performing outcomes through facade / envelope detailing, efficient structural grids, coordinated MEP, acoustics and fire-life-safety integration, and quality interior fit-outs. We also incorporate ESG/GBI-aligned strategies for energy efficiency and lifecycle value.

Since 2009 we have delivered architect-designed villas and high-end residences under both traditional and design-and-build models.
