Infrastructure Works
Our infrastructure division delivers end-to-end civil works for both government and privately funded projects, with a proven footprint across Johor, Selangor, Terengganu, and Kelantan. While we execute public-realm packages, our particular strength lies in in-compound infrastructure that underpins our construction projects—planned, engineered, and built to integrate seamlessly with plant operations and building assets.
Within project compounds, we design and construct heavy-duty internal roads (rigid and flexible pavements for high axle loads), comprehensive stormwater and surface-water systems (subsoil drains, culverts, detention/retention ponds, oil interceptors, and flood-mitigation works), water supply and fire ring mains with hydrants, sewer networks and lift stations, and dry utilities including power, ELV/telecoms ducting, and street lighting. These works are coordinated with platform earthworks, ground improvement, retaining systems, and slope stabilisation to ensure stable platforms and durable pavements. We manage all authority tie-ins and wayleaves—working with JKR, JPS/DID, local councils, and utility providers—to deliver compliant handovers and reliable long-term performance.
Road, drainage, and bridge construction remains a core focus. Our teams deliver access roads and estate roads, box culverts and large-bore drainage, as well as short-span vehicular bridges with engineered substructures (piles, abutments, wing walls) and hydrological considerations. Detailed traffic and construction-stage management plans keep live sites operational and safe, while quality is assured through strict QA/QC regimes (ITPs, FDT/CBR/plate-load testing, concrete cube testing) and adherence to JKR, MSMA, and relevant standards. Environmental stewardship is built in through ESCP implementation and careful sediment and erosion control.
All infrastructure works are executed under our ISO 9001–certified quality management system and project quality plans, ensuring predictable programmes, clean interfaces with vertical works, and assets that perform as intended from day one. By integrating compound infrastructure with building and process requirements, we de-risk interfaces, compress schedules, and deliver resilient, serviceable estates for our clients.
