Telford delivers principal fit-out contracting reinforced by in-house interior design and custom furniture manufacturing—a vertical model that carries projects from feasibility and concept through technical design, procurement, factory production, site installation, testing / commissioning, and a clean, snag-free handover. Since 2009, our integrated studio–factory–site workflow has enabled tighter budget control, faster programs, and consistent quality across commercial, healthcare, education, and premium residential environments.
Our interior design team translates brand, workflow, and user needs into code-compliant space plans, mood boards and material palettes, finishing schedules, layered lighting schemes (ambient, task, accent), acoustic strategies, wayfinding and signage, and detailed joinery / ID drawings. We embed human-centred design—ergonomics, accessibility, wellness (biophilic elements, daylighting, low-VOC materials)—and can align to GBI/GreenRE/LEED/WELL goals where desired. Design intent is communicated with 3D visuals, mock-ups, and curated sample boards to ensure clarity before procurement.
In parallel, our manufacturing arm produces bespoke joinery and casework—reception counters, medical casework, laboratory benches, pantries, wardrobes, display fixtures, wall panelling, booths / banquettes, and built-ins—using CNC machining, calibrated edge detailing, veneers / laminates, solid surfaces, integrated metalwork, and optional upholstery. Vertical integration compresses lead times, tightens tolerances, and delivers true cost and programme certainty without compromising aesthetics.
On site, we act as the single coordination point, aligning base-build interfaces with MEP/ELV, fire protection, IT and security so every element fits and performs as one system. Method statements, shop drawings, and mock-ups are approved before works proceed; materials are submittal-tracked; and installation follows disciplined ITPs and ISO 9001 QA/QC. We are experienced in live-environment fit-outs—phased works, night shifts, dust / noise control, protection of finishes—plus landlord liaison and authority inspections to keep businesses operating safely during upgrades.
Renovation, Retrofit & Reconfiguration
Beyond new fit-outs, we deliver renovation and improvement works that modernise existing spaces with minimal disruption. Services include detailed dilapidation and as-built verification, selective strip-out and reinstatement, adaptive re-use of joinery and finishes, MEP upgrades (additional power / ELV points, HVAC rebalancing, LEV for specialised areas), code and fire-safety enhancements, accessibility improvements, and targeted energy retrofits (LED relighting with controls, occupancy / daylight sensors). We plan decanting and swing spaces, maintain business continuity, and manage end-of-life reuse / recycling to meet sustainability targets.

Residential ID Works
Our residential ID practice brings together Telford Signature, Telford Prestige, and Telford Infinity to create homes that are personal, functional, and enduring. We begin with an in-depth lifestyle brief—how you live, entertain, work, rest, and store—then translate that into a coherent design narrative with precise space planning, layered lighting, tactile materiality, and meticulously detailed joinery.
We design for both landed villas and high-end residences, respecting structural by-laws, acoustic requirements, and building management constraints. In landed homes, we coordinate wet works, waterproofing, and MEP upgrades; in apartments, we plan logistics, protection, and working-hour protocols to minimise disruption. Throughout, our designers collaborate closely with our MEP team so that air-conditioning, ventilation, power/ELV, and smart-home systems are fully integrated and invisible to the eye yet effortless to use.
Key focus areas include kitchens and pantries (workflow-driven layouts, durable surfaces, integrated appliances), wardrobe suites and dressing rooms (custom carcasses, accessories, lighting), bathrooms (waterproofing, ventilation, stone/solid-surface detailing), living and entertainment zones (acoustics, AV integration, cable-free millwork), and children’s/guest rooms (adaptable furniture for changing needs). Our lighting schemes balance ambient, task, and accent layers with scene control; materials prioritise health and longevity—low-VOC finishes, FSC-certified timbers, engineered stones, textiles with appropriate abrasion ratings.
Because we manufacture in-house, every millimetre matters. We prototype critical elements, align tolerances between site and factory, and finish joinery under controlled conditions before installation. This vertical model compresses lead times, safeguards quality, and protects budgets—especially important for bespoke details such as curved panelling, integrated metalwork, or concealed service access.
The delivery journey is clear and collaborative:
lifestyle briefing → mood boards and concept options → 3D visuals and sample curation → technical drawings and MEP overlays → factory mock-ups → site installation and styling → handover with O&M care notes and warranties. After completion, we remain available for seasonal refreshes, soft-furnishing updates, and maintenance of moving parts and finishes.
