Maintenance Services
Post-occupancy care is as critical as construction. Since 2006, our multi-disciplinary teams—spanning architectural, civil & structural, and MEP disciplines—have delivered integrated maintenance that keeps assets safe, compliant, and productive. While we service a variety of sectors, our strongest focus is on manufacturing plants, where uptime, safety, and regulatory assurance are non-negotiable.
We operate as an extension of our clients’ operations teams, planning works around production windows and coordinating closely with HSE and permit-to-work systems. From routine preventive tasks to shutdown / turnaround campaigns and emergency call-outs, we protect throughput and minimise unplanned downtime. Our approach combines preventive and corrective maintenance with targeted predictive techniques (e.g., thermography, vibration checks, leak detection) to catch issues early and extend asset life.
What we maintain and improve (typical scope):
Architectural / Civil / Structural:
floor and joint repairs, structural strengthening, crack remediation and resin injection, roof and facade upkeep, corrosion protection and repainting, tank bund refurbishments, road and drainage rehabilitation, retaining systems and ground improvement within plant compounds.
Mechanical & Electrical:
MV/LV switchgear and distribution, generators/UPS, earthing and lightning protection, HVAC (chillers, AHUs/FCUs, cooling towers), LEV/fume extraction and process ventilation, compressed air and steam systems, pumps and rotating equipment, lighting and controls, ELV (CCTV/access/PA), instrumentation readiness (with OEMs where required).
Compliance & Documentation:
statutory inspections and testing, method statements and ITPs, asset registers and O&M updates, CMMS integration, SLA/KPI reporting, and authority liaison as applicable.
